Introduction

Well finally my home pages have been updated - and about time too. Those of you looking for the old Protein Links Pages will not be disappointed, however they are still in need of some updating.

This recent photo was taken by a good friend of mine, incidentally he also blogs if you are into that kind of thing. If you try my blog you will likely be disappointed. Another blog of related interest is the Bioinformatics Blog, I'm a manager on it but haven't managed anything so far!

Company and Work

I work in the area of Life Science Informatics and have a background in bioinformatics. I used to run a consulting company in the Life science industry called Taurinus. Current and recent projects have been carried out with Schering and Life Biosystems.

I am now Director of Life Science Product Management at InforSense Ltd. I am working on these products in particular: GenSense, BioSense & ClinicalSense.

I used to teach some courses for the HGMP (which unfortunately no longer exists) and built up the Protein Links page as part of these courses.
